Q: Is my product guaranteed?

Yes. All LCD Payless products purchased from our website or eBay store are guaranteed for 30 days under our Return/Exchange Warranty. If the product received is not as advertised, a replacement or exchange will be issued. Seller will not be held responsible for item incompatibility. Please verify the power requirements of your device with our AC adapter specifications. No product liability insurance is assumed. We will accept returns and will issue refunds for those items which were shipped as an incorrect item or found to be defective. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated above, you may return any product for a refund within 30 days of ordering it, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Click Here to download the form and send it back with your return. Returns will not be processed without an RMA form.

Shipping and Handling

Q: How quickly will I get my order and how much will it cost to ship?
Orders placed on Sunday through Thursday are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday through Saturday are processed Monday morning.
Shipping for all regular domestic orders below $70, is US$6.99. Shipping for regular domestic orders over US$70, is US$ 8.99. Shipping for regular domestic orders over US$100, is $11.99. For higher volume orders over US$150, please contact us for a final price and shipping discount.

Overnight shipping is available for the fee of $25 plus the regular shipping and handling fee. Please contact us 408-634-0289 before 12:00PM Pacific Time for all overnight orders.

Our products are shipped from our main warehouse facility located in San Martin, California, U.S.A

Yes. LCDPayless ships worldwide. Additionl shipping fees will apply.

How Do I Ship To Another Person?
Sending products or gifts to others is easy. During the checkout process, just add the appropriate "Shipping Address". We will ship your order to the address you specify.

What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
We ship most orders via First Class Mail (USPS) or Priority Mail (USPS). High volume orders may be shipped via the customer’s own UPS or Federal Express account, with no special handling fee assessed.

Yes. We guarantee every credit card transaction at LCDpayless.com to be 100% safe. We just use PayPal and Google Checkout for secure credit card payments.

When you submit personal information on our website, we will protect your information both online and offline. After your credit card payment has successfully processed, our PayPal system will send you an email confirmation of your purchase, payment receipt ID and other important information. Please save the email for future reference. Customers also receive shipping notification via PayPal.

LCDpayless.com charges sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California.

How to Find Your power supply Brand and Model?

To begin, check the owner's manual of your device. Often, the brand and model number are printed on the front cover. If you don't have the owner's manual, check the manufacturer's label on the bottom of the device. This label often has the brand and model number of the device printed on it.
Here are sample part numbers from the major brands:
COMPAQ: 123456-001, 123456-B21

Instructions For Selecting a Power Supply:

In order to find the correct power supply for your device, you will need to know the voltage and amperage of your device (V and A). You can often find this information off the back of the old power supply, or off the back of the device itself. If you do not find it on the device, we recommend checking the manufacturer's website, the device's manual under the section titled "specifications". Again, the only information you need in order to find the correct power supply for your device is the Voltage / Volts (V) and Amperage / Amps (A).

Voltage must be an exact match. A 12V DC device needs a 12V DC adapter.

Amperage is the amount of power your device uses. The adapter you order must be able to supply AT LEAST the amount of Amps your device draws. If your device states it is 12V 3A, a 3A adapter can handle that load, but so can a 4A and 5A. The higher amperage (amp) power supply will not have to work as hard to handle a smaller load, and will run cooler and more stable.

If the Amperage of your device is an uneven number, such as 3.13A or 4.16A, always round up. For example, a 3.13A rounds up to a 3.5A adapter, a 4.16A device will round up to a 4.5A or a 5A.

If you match these two specifications (V and A), the power supply will work for your device.

Connector All devices, and sometimes even different versions of the same device, require different connectors. That’s why we stock nearly every type and size of connectors. Each product listing includes a picture showing the connector. After viewing the listing, if you are still not sure about the connector, we recommend you contact us so that we can assist you in finding the right connector for your device.

Return / Exchanges Policy

Please read this section carefully to ensure that your return is processed in a timely manner.

1. All products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of being received.
2. There is a 20% re-stocking fee if you purchased wrong item, or you no longer want/need the item. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
4. All products must be returned in original packing materials.
5. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by LCDPayless. To receive an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization), please send an email to admin@LCDpayless.com with your name, item # and the details of the issue you are experiencing with your item.
